Order Processing

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may be affected by factors such as incomplete payment, inaccurate shipping details, or high demand during peak seasons. In such cases, we will contact customers via email to resolve any issues before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. International shipping rates may vary by destination.

Shipping Time

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Orders are shipped from our partnered fulfillment centers and may originate from multiple locations depending on the product.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-13 business days
  • International: 10-14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Holiday-related delays
  • Carrier disruptions or errors

While we make every effort to provide accurate tracking updates, Mercer & Fifth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, nearby neighbors, or building managers. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim and resolving the issue.

Taxes and Duties

Orders placed with Mercer & Fifth do not include any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges assessed by their local customs office. We recommend contacting your country's customs authority for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

Important: Mercer & Fifth is not liable for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures. The release of shipments is at the sole discretion of the customs authorities in the destination country.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our expedited processing system, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation, and you may need to follow our return process upon receipt of the item.
