Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery date to request a return.
Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.
To Initiate Your Return
To begin the return process, you can contact us via email at support@mercerandfifth.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.

Damages And Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the correct item was not received. We take quality issues seriously and will work with you to provide a fair resolution, whether through a full refund, replacement, or alternative arrangement. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, the quickest way to ensure availability is to initiate a return for your original item and then place a new order for the preferred change once your return is approved.
European 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.
Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country. Customs processing times and package releases are solely determined by local customs authorities.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. At the point of approval, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method that will reflect in your account within 3-7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take some additional time to process and post the refund. If your refund has not reflected in your account within 10 business days from the time of approval, please reach out to us via email at support@mercerandfifth.com.
